Lisa White Hardwick

Appeals Court Judge for the Western District of Missouri. Judge Hardwick was formerly a Jackson County Circuit Judge of the Sixteenth Judicial Circuit, and was twice elected as Second District At-Large member of the Jackson County Legislature. She was previously a partner and practicing attorney with Shook, Hardy & Bacon L.L.P.

Fred G. Mitchell, CFA
President
For fifteen years prior to founding MCM in 1987, Fred worked at Waddell & Reed. He began as an Investment Analyst, progressed to Director of Research, Separate Account and Mutual Fund Portfolio Manager, President of Waddell & Reed Asset Management Co and Chief Investment Officer. He is a member of the CFA Institute, the Kansas City Society of Financial Analysts, and is a past chairman of the Board of Regents of the Financial Analysts Seminar. He has served on the Board of Directors of several Foundations and Corporations. He has written numerous articles for the Kansas City Star and is a frequent guest speaker on investment and economic topics.

William M. Washington

President of the Washington Consultant Group, a management, consulting, government affairs, and business development company and senior consultant for Felton & Harley, a professional services firm. Mr. Washington retired in 2001 as an executive in the telecommunications industry, including Sprint, Inc., and its predecessor, United Telecommunications. Mr. Washing is also a former commissioner with the Kansas City Park and Recreations Commission.
Harry E. Wilkins, III, M.D.
Dr. Wilkins was most recently the Medical Director of the Trauma Department at St. Luke’s Hospital. A graduate of Northwestern University Medical School and the Harvard School of Public Health, Dr. Wilkins is dedicated to improving internal processes and utilizing existing resources in order to ensure the delivery of efficient and effective clinical services to the community.
